Used as a night oil primarily. Or as you go to day and night oil. Drop 3-4 drops onto finger, rub together and take three deep breaths in of the scent. The massage onto face and neck.
( Tip-You can also add a drop to a pea sized amount of No5 Face cream to super moisture charge the cream in winter months.)
